Not my usual style, but it’s getting to be fall—so, Halloween, and everything. A firey, skull-faced woman like what can be conjured up in the mirror seems fitting.
This was a “three-lists” ATC, wherein I chose one “item” each from three lists of items, and then drew an artist trading card with those elements on it.
The three elements I chose were:
Rainbow
Woman (or space traveler)
Unidentified Object
This was a delightful exercise, and I’m very happy with the end result!

A light and airy piece this month, with thanks again to illustratedatcs.com’s “draw this in your style” challenge. Waughtercolors created a fairy for us to draw in our style, and so I had a go. Waughtercolors original image can be found here.
Actually, it’s not so much about people not asking questions, but more about people not listening to the answers.
There’s not much listening going on, it seems.
Listen to hear what I have to say, not to find evidence of the devil you’re already convinced is in me.

Illustratedatcs.com is having a fun “draw this in your style” challenge, with a different piece of art featured each month. TFbalding started off the month with a Surreal Angel for us to draw in our style. This is my version of it. TFBalding’s original image can be found here.
