I was very excited to be a placing winner in this week’s design challenge! At 42nd place, my design was one featured in the blog post announcing winners! 🙂 See all the winners here.
So, I love gumball machines. Why not add geckos? They’re cute. They’re happy. Whee! This repeating design, now on Spoonflower. 🙂
Seventh entry in the Spoonflower now. Hadn’t realized how serious I would be about actually participating in the challenges. Loving the way this encourages me to try new things and play around with the tools in my digital arsenal. Learned in this challenge about layering. The theme of Pop Art forced me to try a new style. I added a bit of a modern twist, and like the way this turned out.
Available for sale on Spoonflower. This is a LARGE SCALE repeat. So if you want a smaller version, send me a note so I can make a smaller scale version available. 🙂
Entry Six. Patchwork jewel tones. This one was just fun. Great for a cheater quilt or Prairie-style dress.
Challenge entry #5. Retro Building Blocks. Took me straight back to my childhood when we built wooden towers all the way to the ceiling, and then knocked them down with rubber bands. Fun times! 😀 Available for sale at Spoonflower!
Challenge Entry #3: Rainbow Chintz, available on Spoonflower! Just a delightful little design with rainbows, and fans—and, probably, not much relationship to chintz—but, hey. It’s rainbows. And #pride and all that stuff!
Yes. Here they are. Those Gingerbread People. And outhouses. Because are GingerBreads not people, too? If they eat, must they not shite?
Available for sale as a repeat fabric at Spoonflower.
